Jumping into the process of therapy is the first step in securing a successful future, and I support my clients on the path to making their life work for them - not the other way around.

I provide individual therapy for adults, where I bring a comfortable and approachable model to therapy that is tailor-made to suit your needs.​

Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length with sessions available online or in-person.

I understand the importance of confidentiality in therapy, which is why I use a HIPAA-compliant web service to host all virtual sessions.
