As a member of this boutique-style practice, I provide all clients with the time, space, and calming energy needed to build trust. I primarily work from a relational approach and believe the therapeutic relationship is key. I also integrate psychodynamic and narrative based approaches into my therapeutic work, as well as CBT, ACT and mindfulness-based skills work. I customize my approach to best fit your needs.
